Food - we will use the "Daily Dozen" free app to track our food and fluid intake. Recipes, meal plan ideas. and information will be shared in our private Facebook Group.
Fluids - we will commit to drinking 60 ounces of water per day. And no alcohol for 30 days! Fitness - we will strive to move for at least 20 minutes everyday! And try to attend as many Sweat Like A Girl classes or choice 30 Days access to our WOW GIRL Program. Fasting - we will work towards an intermittant fast for 12-16 hours each day. More information will be provided in our facebook group. Family/Friends - we will try to have 5 minutes of healthy conversation with a friend/family per day.
