IPFT is a great program for women who need the motivation to stick with their fitness program and who also want constant support in acheiving their goals.
IFPT is also a great program for highly fit women who want to be challenged to the next level or to train harder!
In the IPFT program you will receive your free consultation to find out what your goals are, what exercise you want to focus on and what type of weekly schedule will work for you. You will have at minimum 3 training sessions per week for 4 weeks.
Free Consult-Initial measurements will be taken to find out the starting point of your training. We will also devise the training schedule that will fit your schedule; you can decide on half-hour sessions or full hour sessions. We will also determine the focus of your IPFT program.
Training Sessions-You will decide what timeframe works best for you; you will choose from half or full hour sessions. We will create your training schedule so that we meet 3 times during each of the 4 weeks. Each workout will target your IPFT fitness focus. During each workout, you will be challenged within your fitness capacity to work hard!! Each workout will be different from the last which will allow for more motivation and a SWEATY workout! During the final training session, measurements will be taken and progress will be discussed.
Total Cost: This will be calculated based on your training session duration (Example: 3- ½ hour training sessions per week = $90 per week X 4 weeks=$ 360)
If you cannot fit in 3 trainings per week, drop it down to 2 and add a Personalized Program Design to do on your third day instead. Contact me today to discuss more options!
