  LFC will allow you to receive Personal Training without you having to spend a lot of $$$$ on Training Costs!  No more excuses, make the time for you!!  In the LFC package, you will receive a Free Consultation, 4 Training Sessions and a Fitness Program Designed for YOU.

Free Consult –We will measure your weight and body fat to establish the beginning of your lifestyle change.  We will also take a look at other factors that may influence why you have been unsuccessful in the past.  From there, we work together to create a weekly fitness plan that WILL WORK for you.  We will also create a goal to work toward by the end of your 6 weeks and a reward for reaching your goal!

Personal Fitness Sessions-Included in the package is a minimum of 4,  1 hour sessions.  During week 1, you will meet for 2 training sessions; you will be taught proper form and put through a challenging workout during the first training while being assessed on which exercises will be best for your personalized workout.  One the second training you will be given the workout that has been designed for you based on your initial assessment at Training 1 and will again be taught proper form.  You will then be on your own to follow your plan based on the weekly schedule that has been agreed upon.  During the 2nd or 3rd week, you will receive your 3rd training session which will allow you to be examined for proper form and also will help for motivation!!  The 4th Training Session will be during the 6th week of your program.  During this session, you will be     re-assessed on your workout, and measurements will be taken to find out your progress. 

Total Cost:  1 hour Training Sessions X 4 with a $15 Program Design Fee  
(Example: For 1 person – 4X50=200+15=$215 Total)
