PoleFit 1, 2, 3: Our pole fitness classes are appropriate for women of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. PoleFit is designed to increase your body awareness, build long lean strong muscles, and increase your self-confidence! Each hour long class begins with a warm-up, and is followed by intervals of strength and skills on the Pole. We conclude class with a fun dance which incorporates the skills learned during the class. Progress through the levels at your own pace. Don’t wait another day to experience pole fitness! Don’t be shy-give Pole Fitness a try and you will see it so not what you think!!

Advanced POLE Personalized Training: Take your Pole Skills to the next Level and beyond. Get specialized training with Rhonda on the pole during a 1 and 1/2 hour training session. This class is limited to 6 participants so that everyone is working on their own pole the entire hour and half. You will be amazed as your STRENGTH AND CONFIDENCE on the pole advances during these Training Sessions. This class is an additional fee. Current Members and SLAG Pass holders pay only $15 per class, non members pay $20.
Open Pole: Come and practice your pole moves. No instruction provided. No beginners please.
PSC (Pole Strength And Conditioning): An intense strength and endurance class using basic pole drills and toning exercises to achieve a strong healthy feminine body! This class does not involve dance!
