What is Train Like A Girl?
Well - it is NOT a Group Fitness class led by an instructor!!
During each Daily Sweat, you will be challenged within your fitness capacity to work hard!! Each workout will be different from the last which will allow for more motivation and a SWEATY workout! Workouts will consist of a BootCamp/ Personal Training style workout with circuits that include strength, endurance and flexibility. You will get personal instruction and be motivated by our Train Like A Girl Coach!!
How does it work?
Drop in anytime between the scheduled Train Like A Girl hours and do the Daily Sweat!
As interest picks up we will add more hours and more days!
