Fight Club

  • Get a KICK ASS workout while learning to kick ass!!!
  • In Fight Club you will learn the how to throw punches and kick with power and precision.
  • Learn the basic punches: the Jab, the Cross, the Hook, and the Uppercut
  • Learn the basic kicks: Front, Side, Back and Roundhouse
  • This class will  utilize wave master punching bags, so please bring your own gloves for punching on the bag!!  If you don't have gloves, you can still try the class out, and we also have some gloves to borrow!
