CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
​

Dumbbell Diva 
combines effective dumbbell exercises with bodyweight movements to help you gain muscle mass, burn fat, and improve overall fitness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, this class is tailored to challenge and support all fitness levels. BYO Dumbbells and Mat. If you are just starting out I recommend 3lbs, 5lb and 8lbs. If you want more muscle building - I recommend 8lbs - 15lbs. *TJ Maxx and Marshalls usually have great deals on dumbbells!

Pilates Fusion is a combination of mat Pilates, barre and yoga postures. It is designed to build your core strength while lengthening and strengthening your upper body and lower body muscles. In this class you will also increase your range of motion, improve flexibility, and release built-up tension with the built in stretches for your entire body. A great side effect of attending this class is better posture and improved energy! BYO Mat


​Cardio Dance Party is just what it sounds like!  A heart pumping super fun dance style workout! By the end of each class, we will have learned a complete dance! All dance levels welcome! This class will focus on FUN and enjoying the music  from all different genres! Country, Motown, 80s hits, Mamma Mia, Swing and more!!!   BYO Mat

Sweat Camp 
is a total-body workout that uses a fun, circuit-style format to keep you moving and motivated. You’ll rotate through stations focusing on strength, cardio, core, and more—each one designed to challenge you at your own pace, making it perfect for all fitness levels. Bring your own dumbbells and a mat, and get ready to sweat, burn fat, and build muscle. Heather will mix things up with a variety of fitness “toys” to keep every class exciting and fresh! BYO and Dumbbells Mat

​Barre Babe will lengthen, strengthen, and tone your body in this dynamic full-body workout that blends the best of barre, pilates, and bodyweight exercises. You'll move through a series of targeted exercises that will sculpt your body from head to toe—plie, point, and pushup your way to a leaner, stronger you! This class emphasizes small, controlled movements and high-repetition exercises that will ignite your core, tighten your glutes, and lengthen your muscles for a long, lean look. BYO Mat

SuperGirl is a high-energy class designed to push you to your limits, while still making it fun and accessible for all fitness levels. The cardio intervals feature exciting, old-school aerobics and kickboxing moves, bringing back the vibes of a high-energy tai bo video—feel the burn, get your heart pumping, and have a blast! HIIT intervals will push you to torch fat and boost your metabolism, leaving you with an afterburn effect that keeps you burning calories long after the class ends. And during the strength intervals, you’ll work your muscles while giving your heart rate a chance to come back down, ensuring you build both endurance and strength. BYO Dumbbells and Mat
