CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
​

Dumbbell Diva 
combines effective dumbbell exercises with bodyweight movements to help you gain muscle mass, burn fat, and improve overall fitness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, this class is tailored to challenge and support all fitness levels. BYO Dumbbells and Mat. If you are just starting out I recommend 3lbs, 5lb and 8lbs. If you want more muscle building - I recommend 8lbs - 15lbs. *TJ Maxx and Marshalls usually have great deals on dumbbells!


​Fusion Sculpt  is a total-body workout that will enhance your posture and mobility as well as strengthen and lengthen your muscles through the use of traditional Mat Pilates, Baree, Toning Exercises and creative core movements.  Bring your own dumbbells and a mat, and get ready to sweat, burn fat, move better and build muscle. Heather will mix things up with a variety of fitness “toys” to keep every class exciting and fresh! BYO and Dumbbells Mat 

​Step & Sculpt  is a combo of old school step aerobics and sculting exerices using dummbells.  The step portion can be done on a step platform, with or without risers. If you prefer to do step just on the floor - you will still get a great workout! The step portion of class is for all levels, we will start out with the basics and give options to make it more intense. Learning Step is great for brain health as well! Strength training will also be infused into the workout, sometimes as intervals and sometimes as the second portion of class. BYO and Dumbbells Mat 


***Classes are for all levels. Do not be shy, I give many modifications for those who have injuries and issues. We are a welcoming small group of women!
