CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
​

Dumbbell Diva 
combines effective dumbbell exercises with bodyweight movements to help you gain muscle mass, burn fat, and improve overall fitness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, this class is tailored to challenge and support all fitness levels. BYO Dumbbells and Mat. If you are just starting out I recommend 3lbs, 5lb and 8lbs. If you want more muscle building - I recommend 8lbs - 15lbs. *TJ Maxx and Marshalls usually have great deals on dumbbells!

Fusion Sculpt is a combination of mat Pilates, barre and yoga postures utilizing a pilates ball and 2-3-5 pound weights. It is designed to build your core strength while lengthening and strengthening your upper body and lower body muscles. In this class you will also increase your range of motion, improve flexibility, and release built-up tension with the built in stretches for your entire body. A great side effect of attending this class is better posture and improved energy! BYO Mat (You can also bring your own 2 or 3 lb weights, however I do have some 3lbs to borrow.) (No need to bring your own ball)

​Sweat Camp Plus is a total-body workout that uses a fun, circuit-style format to keep you moving and motivated, PLUS intervals of Cardio Kickboxing (think TaeBo!). You’ll rotate through stations focusing on strength, cardio, core, and more—each one designed to challenge you at your own pace, making it perfect for all fitness levels. Bring your own dumbbells and a mat, and get ready to sweat, burn fat, and build muscle. Heather will mix things up with a variety of fitness “toys” including Heavy Bags to keep every class exciting and fresh! BYO and Dumbbells Mat
