What is STRONG GIRL SGT?
It is
Small Group Training
limited to
6 per class!
It is
Strong Girl Training
to focus on building strength!
It is a session based class that you commit to for
6 awesome weeks!
It will utilize
equipment including TRX, kettlebells, steps and more!
Class will consist of 30 minutes of intense training!
What is ROW SGT?
It is
Small Group Training
on the
WaterRower
and is limited to
5 girls per class
.
It is a session based class that you commit to for
6 awesome weeks!
Class will consist of
30 minutes of intervals on the rower and hard core strength exercises.
MyZone
users will find themselves working in the
yellow and red zones during this workout!
What is POLE SGT?
It is
Small Group Training
limited to
6 per class.
The f
itness poles are the prime piece of equipment
that will be used in this conditioning class.
Class will consist of 45 minutes of total body conditioning and is based on
6 week sessions
!
You
do not need prior pole fitness experience
to participate in this training.
This training is
great for polers looking to increase strength
for ease of learning new tricks.
How is SGT different from our regular classes?
You will work on
more intense strength exercises.
You will get
individualized feedback
and attention in each class, similar to personal training but more affordable!
You will be
committed to showing up
for your class which will allow for better results!
You will have
FB online support group
where your trainer will motivate you to keep your ass coming back!
SGT is not included with Membership or Class Passes,
