Over 25 classes per week including Pole, Barre, Kickboxing, Step, Cycling, Sculpting, HIIT, Circuit Training, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates and more!

Small group training
SGT, Strong Girl Training, classes are limited to 7 gals per class. Focus in on building strength through the use of suspension trainers and kettlebells.
