We all know that knowledge is power! So why not arm yourself with the latest research and evidence that will help you live your best life?  With so much information flooding mainstream media and social media, it is really difficult to sift out what’s what.  It is down right confusing to figure out what to eat, how to eat it, and when to eat it!  The good news: I can help! Once I help you self-access your current behaviors, figure out your "why" and learn about the research, it becomes very easy to fuel your body, move well and prevent chronic disease!  Coaching is provided by me, Heather Gidusko.

Why enroll in my Personal Wellness Coaching Program?

What is included in this Program?

  • Welcome Phone Session (15-25 mins) Heather will explain the program, online support page, and resource library.  This will be done on Day 1!
  • Baseline Assessment Coaching Session (45 min-60 mins)  Heather will sit down with you either on Facetime or face to face and review your baseline journals, measurements and self-assessments.  Based on this information, she will provide you with your week one goals in each area, Nutrition, Movement and Mindfulness.  This will be done between days 5 and 7.
  • Weekly Check-In Assessment Sessions (10-15 mins) Heather will check in with you each week for a Q/A, you will be able to discuss how your previous week has been going, and Heather will also discuss new goals for the upcoming weeks.  This can be done via messaging or phone call.
  • Ongoing Online Resources. You will have access to a private website page which will house all of the information you will need for your wellness journey.  This will include recipe resources, helpful apps, research based videos, and all of your assessment forms.
  • Daily Motivation via social media or text messaging!  Heather will check in with you daily to give you some helpful “cheerleading” to motivate you to stay focused on reaching your goals and to share with you information to give more knowledge, which will give you more power to keep moving forward!
  • Final Assessment Coaching Session (45 – 60 mins) Heather will sit down with you either on Facetime or Face to Face and review your baseline assessment and compare these to your final assessments.

Not included...

​What you won’t get with this program is a meal plan or a guarantee!
  • A meal plan can be mindless.  Instead we will create mindfulness and provide you with many resources and information for you to make decisions on what meals, snacks and foods you want to eat.  You will be learning through this journey the best choices in foods and you will be given many resources to find and create your own recipes.  You will also receive a beginners guide to basic recipes for snacks and meals to help you create your own plan.  You will also understand and try intermittent fasting if you choose.
  • There is no guarantee that this program will work, because this program is dependent on YOU.   Heather, however, will be with you every step and she will help you stay on track and keep you moving forward. By doing this, you will have the best chance at reaching your goals and finding success not just for the duration of this program, but for your entire life!

Heather Gidusko is excited to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.  Heather has a BS in Kinesiology, countless fitness certifications, as well as being certified as a Wellness Coach. She has over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages in the fitness and wellness arena.  As your Personal Wellness Coach, Heather will meet you where you currently are, and help you get to where you want to go.   She will help you assess your current behaviors, find your “why” to wanting to change and also help you figure out your “why not” to why you have been unsuccessful in the past.  Heather will be with you every step of the way, guiding you, assisting you and motivating you to reach your goals.

"So on February 15, 2018, I signed up for personal wellness coaching with Heather. I felt like I was long overdue for a big change in my life. What I needed was more energy, better sleep, significant weight loss...basically a new lease on life. What Heather coached me through was not easy...she helped me take a good hard look at what I was eating and drinking, how much I was moving, and how little I was doing to take care of myself.
