WELCOME WOW GIRLS

WOW Girl, Good for you, you joined an awesome workout group!!! 
​Please take a quick moment to familiarize yourself with this Private WOW Girl Workout page!  Take a moment to scroll the page, you will see the up first is the "WOW Girl Library."  During Week 1 of your program, you should do WOW GIRL 1 as many times as you an fit in during the week, then on Week 2 move on to WOW GIRL 2 etc.  As your progress through the weeks, you may mix in older workouts too or just simply do the WOW of the week!   Also, as you scroll down. you will see there are "ADD ONS, " these are quick body part specific workouts you can "add on" to any of the WOWs.  And lastly there will also be BONUS workouts that will be added periodically that you can take advantage of as well. Regarding the written workouts, "s" stands for seconds and "r" stands for reps, and DB stands for dumbbells.  Ok girls, lets do this!
