to help track their MEPS as well. Everyone will be tracking work-ins
on their challenge worksheets! Motivation to keep moving will be provided to keep you sweating!
Learn how to fuel your body for
total wellness including disease prevention and maintaining a
healthy weight through weekly
mini challenges including reduction
of added sugar, processed foods,
oils and the inclusion of plant based whole foods. Recipes and research
based tips and tricks included. We will also try intermittent fasting approaches as well, throughout the 4 weeks.

Understand the benefits of daily meditation and mindfulness and
how being mentally well will have a
direct result in all other aspects of life. Weekly mini challenges will be given
to provide different experiences of mindfulness. As women we are
always on GO mode, we will
challenge ourselves to slow down
and provide ourselves an opportunity
to give back to our own self.
