Learn ways to create "work-ins" throughout your daily routines, in addition to achieving rewarding
workouts that focus on all components
of fitness.  MYZONE users will be
included in the MindFul May Challenge
to help track their MEPS as well.  Everyone will be tracking work-ins
​on their challenge worksheets!  Motivation to keep moving will be provided to keep you sweating!

Learn how to fuel your body for
total wellness including disease prevention and maintaining  a
healthy weight through weekly
mini challenges including reduction
of added sugar, processed foods,
oils and the inclusion of plant based whole foods.  Recipes and research
based tips and tricks included.  We will also try intermittent fasting approaches as well, throughout the 4 weeks.

how being mentally well will have a
direct result in all other aspects of life.  Weekly mini challenges will be given
to provide different experiences of mindfulness. As women we are
always on GO mode, we will
challenge ourselves to slow down

A personal message from Wellness Coach Heather Gidusko


My goal of running this Wellness Challenge is to help you access your current behaviors and provide you with the knowledge, motivation and understanding for WHY you may have failed in the past, why you may not be able to reach your goals, or simply how to add in new ways to reach a better, more whole you. I want to help you learn and understand how to make a few positive changes in your own life so you can live your healthiest fullest life! 

Our focus is on 3 main areas in our lives, our nutrition/eating habits, our daily movement and our mental focus. We will also be experimenting with  Intermittent Fasting which research has proven to have amazing positive effects on our body! And I personally have tried IF and I love how it has made me feel and look! Each week YOU will access and score your efforts and behaviors in all three of those areas, which will allow you to keep yourself accountable. I will be providing daily support and knowledge via our private Facebook group and our private Wellness Support page.  If you would like personal coaching please check out my Personal Wellness Coaching programs! 

In an effort to keep your "head in the game", I am offering a grand prize of a free month  to the top scorer; however, by the end of the challenge my hope is that we will all be winners.  These next few weeks will be an amazing journey of getting to know why you do what you do and how you can make small steps to big change over time. Understand that this challenge is not a quick fix to get you to fit into your new little black dress...it is a comprehensive program that will arm you with knowledge on how to live your life to the fullest in mind body and spirit.  My hope is that we as a society will start to live by our own choices fully aware of the implications of how our current present day choices directly relate to our health and well being today and for the many tomorrows we live on this earth!
