We offer over 30 weekly regularly scheduled group fitness classes. Our awesome classes are for all fitness levels! Whether you are a brand new to fitness, or you are an avid fitness gal, you will be challenged at a level that will push you out of your comfort zone! These classes are included in the monthly memberships or can be used for class passes.
We also offer session based classes which include our Early Morning Classes, SGT, Pole Strong and WOW Program. These classes are offered at an additional rate, however, members pay a lesser fee for these session based classes. Early Morning Rise and Grind is great for early risers! SGT (Strong Girl Training) is small group training with an emphasis on building strength. The WOW program is an all new online program and consists of workouts of the week! And SGT Pole Strong is class that is limited to 6 girls who want to focus on pole specific conditioning.
